As artist ourselves, we stand
behind the copyright laws
to the fullest extent of our abilities.
We have put into practice this
following policy:

Customer warrants that it has
the right to use artwork, logo(s) et el that are
being requested to be placed on products
distributed by Totally Custom Tees.

The customer shall indemnify
and hold harmless Totally Custom Tees, its
officers, shareholders, employees, and agents
from any and all losses, costs, expenses and
damages on account of any and all manner of
claims, demands, actions and proceedings that
may be instituted against Totally Custom Tees,
its officers, shareholders, employees, and
agents on grounds alleging that the said
printing or embroidery violates any copyright or
any proprietary right of any person.

The customer agrees to, at
the customer's own expenses, promptly defend and
continue the defense of any such claims,
demands, actions or proceedings that may be
brought against Totally Custom Tees, its
officers, shareholders, employees, and agents.

If you do not agree with these terms, we
simply will not produce your work. No
exceptions.
